Welcome to Michael Taylor's Website.
Michael Taylor was born in Tasmania in 1950 and later moved to Sydney in 1954.
Michael has been painting professionally since 1974 and has since held many successful exhibitions and has received many awards for his work.
Michael's works are represented in both private and corporate collections around the world and in Australia including ANZ,Westpac,Radio Station 2WS,Allan Moffatt,Kamahl,and one of his works was presented to the Duke of Kent on behalf of the people of sydney by the lord mayer.
Michael has a passion to paint in minute detail in a variety of subjects from detailed landscapes to floral still life including popular paitings of Chinese horses. Michael prefers to paint in oils however produces smaller works in gouache.
